Daniel is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years experience.
Daniel specialises in the planning, design, documentation and construction of transport, road and civil infrastructure projects.
His experience encompasses team and project management, road and highway design and construction, stormwater hydrology and hydraulics, environmental management, traffic and transportation planning and modelling, community consultation and cost estimating.
Jeffrey is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years experience.
Jeffrey has had extensive exposure to all stages of structural design of building structures in structural steel and concrete. Specialist design experience has been gained in the planning and design of top-down basement construction, and the design of tall buildings for dynamic loading in both Australia and Asia.
Significant exposure has been gained in the design of both vertical and horizontal precast elements for low and high-rise buildings, sporting facilities and other structures.

Mark is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) with more than 20 years’ experience across a broad range of civil, structural, traffic and hydraulic projects at various stages of their evolution including local government experience across 3 states (Qld, WA & Vic). He has been involved in the; planning, design, construction, maintenance and; demolition phases of projects with varying scale and complexity.
Mark also has experience in development assessment, including; structure planning & operational works engineering assessment, particularly in areas of traffic/transport impact and stormwater management. Mark has also been responsible for strategic and operational municipal asset management systems for local government.

Manager – Structural Delivery / Principal Structural Engineer
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the industry with a strong and diverse technical background working on a range of projects in the UK and Australia including industrial, transportation, defence, water, residential, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, education, and telecommunications sectors (both roof top and greenfield). These include inspections, new build and refurbishments in structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber.
Kai has over 25 years of experience in civil urban development design with expertise in the design of roads, drainage systems, water reticulation systems, sewerage reticulation systems and commercial, industrial, residential and rural residential subdivisions, sports fields and major road projects. Kai’s experience includes the design, contract administration and construction supervision of major roadworks projects, mine entrances and car parks, residential and rural residential subdivisions, trunk sewer mains, sewerage pump stations and recreation facilities. Kai has 25 years’ experience using AutoCad and 18 years’ experience using 12D.
Neil graduated with a master’s degree (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Southampton University in 2006. He has over 13 years’ experience in the design, inspection and assessment of reinforced concrete, steel and masonry civil structures in residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Project Management accreditations to PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner levels.
Neil’s project work includes civil design, bridge assessments, structural inspections and design, drainage scheme design and flood risk assessment.
Kimberley has over 9 years experience in business administration and is responsible for Projex Partners Business Management System. Kimberley has assisted in the transition of the previous Quality Management System into the Business Management System (BMS) in preparation for certification against Environment and Safety.
Projex Partners BMS is third party certified against ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 45001:2018 Safety Management and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management.
