About the Opportunity

Due to our continued growth, we are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Structural Engineer to join the Structures team in our Brisbane office.

You would be involved with a broad range of projects and work with experienced engineers, technical and administrative staff. Our current challenging and high-profile projects include:
  • Large-scale residential
  • Commercial developments
  • Cranes & hoists structural engineering
  • Precast concrete (permanent and temporary works)
  • Construction engineering direct for medium-large scale builders
  • Marine Structures


We are looking for a motivated individuals that:
  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Structural Engineering;
  • Have 2-5 years’ relevant experience;
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Work well in a team but are also self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision;
  • Are passionate about structural engineering design;
  • Have a strong desire to further their technical knowledge and project management skills;
  • Wish to work in a company where their contribution will be recognised as making a real difference.
  • Are committed to becoming a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ);

Location

The position is in our Spring Hill office, which is walking distance to Brisbane CBD, close to public transport and has end of trip facilities including bike storage.

You would be involved with a broad range of projects and work with experienced engineers, technical and administrative staff.

We are looking for a motivated individual that:
  • Has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Has 5-7 years relevant experience;
  • Is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and/or CPEng (or eligible to obtain within 3 months);
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Works well in a team but are also self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision;
  • Has the ability to work in and lead design teams;
  • Has a strong desire to further their technical knowledge in a wide range of disciplines;
  • Demonstrates an ability to deal directly with clients;
  • Wishes to work in a company where their contribution will be recognised as making a real difference.
